  • Products can be found by selecting a range or product type from the drop down menus ("Ingredients" or "Packaging & Sundries"), using the "Search" box found in the page header or selecting a range or product type from the home page.

    Don't forget to view our "Special Offers" and "Inspire Me" pages for our latest offers, seasonal specials and new products.

  • To place a new order, firstly find the product you are interested in and select to view details. Then choose the pack size you require and quantity and select "Add To Basket". 

    Once you are ready to complete your order select the basket at the top right of the header. If you have an account with us, please log in at this point or register to set up an account. 

    Your order will be displayed, once you are happy with this, select "Checkout" at the bottom of the screen.

    Confirm your billing and delivery details including a delivery option, and select "Review Order".

    Once confirmed, select "Order Now" and proceed to the SagePay payment gateway.

  • Next day delivery to the mainland UK is free of charge for orders over £50 excluding VAT.

    All orders will be sent on carrier and can be tracked using the reference provided within your shipping confirmation email.

    Please contact support@dalesmandirect.com should you wish an order to be sent outside of the mainland UK and we will issue a quote by return email.

  • Please contact support@dalesmandirect.com or phone 03332 412406 within 7 days after you have received your order and we will be happy to help.

  • Select "Login/Register" from the header banner and select "Forgotten password" below the sign in option.

    An email will be sent to the email registered against your account to reset your password.

  • A product specification and recipe guide can be found in the product details page of all Dalesman seasonings and mixes.

    If you require further assistance, our New Product Development (NPD) or Quality Assurance (QA) teams will be happy to assist. Please contact them by email via support@dalesmandirect.com or by phone on 03332 412406.

  • Login to your account and scroll down to "Order History" and select "View Orders". Previous orders will be displayed  and can be reordered and amended if required once the basket is redisplayed.

    Follow the normal checkout process to complete your order.

  • If there are any products that you are unable to find on our website, please contact us and we will be able to advise if this is a product we have available outside of the website.
